This portfolio has no registration, contact form, uploads or checkout. Its application does not create user profiles or store payment details. When you access the site, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, referral information and response status in access and security logs.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We use necessary connection information to deliver the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and secure the service. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes rely on our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the site, subject to your rights and interests. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer and resolve your request, and to meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Discord loads automatically

The homepage and service pages contain a Discord community widget that connects to Discord when the page loads, without a separate activation button. Discord receives connection information, such as your IP address, browser details and the origin of this website; it may also use cookies or browser storage according to its own policies and your browser settings. The widget may display public server information and members who are shown as online.

Discord controls its platform and its handling of data. Read Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not receive your Discord password or private messages through the widget. You may block third-party requests in your browser, which may prevent the widget from working. Our legal-policy pages do not embed the widget.

4. Other providers and links

Namecheap provides the website hosting infrastructure. Our application uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads fonts and website preview images locally. We do not sell personal information collected through this portfolio. If you open a linked platform or our Ko-fi page, that provider handles your visit and any account or payment activity under its own policies. No Ko-fi payment widget is embedded here.

5. Retention and international processing

We keep information needed to answer enquiries, protect the site and meet legal obligations only for as long as necessary for those purposes. Hosting logs and provider-held data follow the relevant provider's retention arrangements; we do not promise an unverified fixed deletion period. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Consult their notices for the safeguards they apply to international transfers.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
